At the end of the Ramadan month in 29 or 30 days, Muslim people all around the world celebrate the EID AL FITR ( The day to Celebrate) holiday.

HOW TO FAST IN RAMADAN :

A fast or sawm is kept a Muslim from dawn to sunset this duration of time Muslim people don’t drink, eat, smoke or having sex. Also, Muslim people must refrain from doing any sinful things like lying, false speech and cursing other or bad behavior to other people. People spend money on the poor people so that they can easily eat or survive. Muslim People believed that The rewards of all good deeds are increased during this holy month Ramadan, that’s why Muslim people try to do more good deeds in Ramadan. In Hadith, we find that Prophet Muhammad  (PBUH) Also said about the reward.



SUHUR IN RAMADAN :

Every day of Ramadan Muslim performs a pre-fast meal that is called Suhur or Seheri in many countries. After finishing the Suhur Muslims begin there day with Fajr Salah. Suhur is very important for Muslims to cause this meal provide all kind of protein and mineral that keep the body healthy during fasting in Ramadan. IFTAR:

In Sunset, Muslims are get together for the iftar meal; this is the break of their fast when they listen to the Maghrib prayer Azan (Athan) they start to take the meal.  Our prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) broke fast with three dates according to some traditional system.
